I post it on HT, but here I will make a better post with more pictures.
CROATIAN COLDBLOOD
The Croatian Coldblood is the most numerous authentic horse breed in the Republic of Croatia, but also the most numerous horse breed in Croatia in general. Through a hundred year old breeding tradition the Croatian Coldblood is an essential part of history, cultural and traditional customs and heritage. Today, when is has lost its old purpose as a source of labor in agriculture, it has become a breed with new values. The breed is characterized by a specific way of formation in very extensive technology with high implication of foreign coldblood breeds, and a great ability to adapt to unfavorable climatic and keeping conditions. His important role today as a horse breed which is grown in a high degree of extensive (pastoral) technology, is in the preservation of biological diversity of protected landscapes, and through this it has great potential in ecologic food production consistent with human feeding trends. As a means of preservation and development of rural regions through profitable eco – production, the Croatian Coldblood is thereby autonomously ensuring itself easier preservation as an authentic horse breed.
The Posavina horse ranges from 140 to 150 centimetres (13.3 to 14.3 hands) in height and weighs 500–600 kilograms (1,100–1,300 lb).
POSAVINA HORSE
The breed was developed in Posavina, a region alongside the Sava river in Croatia. It was based on a local Slavonian-Posavian horse breed called bušak (bushak), whose mares were crossbred to quality stallions of other breeds including Arabian, Nonius, Noriker and Percheron.
The breed is known for its easy-going temperament; it is mild and patient, obedient and willing to work hard.

And last Međimurje horse
The typical Međimurje horse ranges from 155 cm (15.1 h; 61 in) to 165 cm (16.1 h; 65 in) high. Stallions can weigh up to 900 kilograms (2,000 lb). Compared with two other cold-blooded Croatian breeds, it is significantly taller and heavier than the Posavac horse (140–150 cm high) and closer in size to the Croatian Coldblood horse (150–160 cm). It has a relatively small head and small ears, short and strong neck, pronounced withers and powerful shoulders, well-developed chest and sturdy legs.
The dominant colours are bay and seal brown, followed by black, while the other ones are much more rare.
The temperament of the Međimurje horse is calm, even and affectionate, with good obedience and willingness to work, either to pull waggons or work in a field or forest. Following the introduction of machinery into agriculture, the breed has lost its importance though, and is being used increasingly for horsemeat production today.
As for its pure-breeding, the genetical analyses were made recently, using samples of mitochondrial DNA of a significant number of both Croatian and Hungarian population of the breed, as well as related breeds (Posavac horse, Croatian Coldblood horse, Noriker horse etc.), and showed that Međimurje horse is an autochthonous breed with origin linked to some other, mostly neighbouring, cold-blooded horse breeds.
