Hi I'm Glenda, and I live on my dream farm, in central Kansas, on the bank of Ash Creek. Honey and I looked at this farm about a year and 1/2 ago. I really wanted the farm, but he is disabled, and didn't really want to move, so when he laid down to take a nap, I snuck out and put in an offer. My offer was accepted, soooo here we are. It took awhile, but he has forgiven me.
Honey and I live with 3 horses, 3 cats, 1 dog, 4 birds, 10 fish, and all kinds of exciting wild life.
I have only had horses back in my life, as an adult, for about 5 years, so I am still a complete novice. It is good to see so many of my friends, who I know, are experienced horse owners here, because I usually have lots of questions. I look forward to visiting with you all. campfire

Welcome Diamond.
We have really nice group of "friends" here...and I truly mean friends. No drama and we can and do ask questions without criticism or put-downs on all kinds of things...understandable answers are given and good advice too.
Hope to see you here soon and around a lot. Some pictures of your place and critters...please. Even I who don't post photos over there have some here...
Now trying to get my avatar done...working on it, working on it!!
Again.... WELCOME!!

I have no idea how I got my avatar in here. I wanted the pic I had of FB so I clicked on it and moved it to Photobucket. I Tried to paste it from photobucket, but couldn't figure out how. The picture had also ended up on my desk top. I don't know how that happened. ??? Anyway while I was in my profile trying to put up an avatar I found it, clicked on it, and it popped right in there. It makes me so mad when I do something I did want to on this dumb computer, but I can't remember how I did it if I ever need to do it again. (bang head)

Welcome Diamond Girl it is me Horseladyl here from New york and yes you made a great move to find the farm you wanted. It is a dream of so many people . So live your dream. We have a great group on here and as hl4l has said no drams just upfront and easy to talk to people who all have the same interests. Horses, and animals and their well being. so ask away no questions is too small. Oh and the best way to figure out how a computor works is to hunt and peck. rode-the-horse
