Peaches has left the building

Got Peaches into the two horse slant within 20 minutes. And if I hadn't felt a need to be more cautious than I needed to be, I found out after 10 minutes, we could of cut that down in half. Lois and Wayne the folks who own the boarding stable did the hauling and a more sane, self assured and loving couple you will never find. Wayne is an old time retired dairy cattleman and when he married Lois who is a lifelong horsewoman he renovated his entire operation (and a real nice one too, pictures later) for boarding horses.
There are four pastures which border an alley way, something like 20 ft by several hundred feet. And then on the other side are open stalls for the feed which they do not only to make sure the horses have the nutrition they need but so Lois and Wayne can check on each and every one of the 55 horses.
For the next couple days Peaches will be in the alley way. Peaches was kind of squirrely, she's never been through anything like this before, and heck, never have I! This place is about 15 miles north from work and about 23 miles north from my apartment. So not too bad and when the time comes, knock on wood, I'll find a place closer that way.
So much going on, my life is so very much different than anything I could of ever imagined. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a dream, not always a good one but definitely not what I ever would of considered normal... but I guess there is no normal, only what we get.
