My body has had a hard life.... I can't even exercise enough to get my heart rate up because of arthritis...I hate it!!! Getting old is no freaking fun...  |

my grandma at 83, whom never swore always said "it's HELL getting old" me, who was 18 at the time thought "yeah, right..." she was 83 !!! i am 52!! guess what? it IS HELL getting old!!

Let me see if I tell this in a right way. Beauty passes. We will all get old. But real beauty comes from your soul. When we die people will over time maybe forget how we looked like but they will never forget what have we done during our life. We live in a material world. We all try to fix our hair when we go somewhere, to put some make up, to wear nice clothes... For what? Why would not we insted put on a nice smile on our face before we go out. I think when we smile at someone for no reason that person see you even more beautifull them if you were wearing nicest clothes. But I mean sincere and warm smile. For me the most beautiful person is one who is warm, who is radiating from the inside. I fall in love with my bf not because he is a model or he has gorgeous body .. but because he is a BEAUTIFUL person he makes me feel better just being around him. And when you fall in love with someone because of him self, you start to love everything on that person from the outside as well. As it is said. Beauty is in the eye of a beholder. I am trying to say life is expendable, and at the end in Gods eye only our soul counts.

I hardly have any photos of me, I am not photogenic, that's a real nice pic Mingiz:)
I think as we get older we see beauty in more people and in a different way, I'm not going to lie, I used to be a superficial person but if find as I get older I can see people as beautiful even though they may not be supermodels, know what I mean, I even am able to look in the mirror sometimes, only sometimes mind lol! And think yes, you ain't that ugly:)

When I read Lipizzan's response I also thought 'this girl is such an old soul'. You're young but you have the most wonderful mind!
As to the rest of us. I hate having my picture taken because I'm always surprised how heavy I am. But someday I'll be gone and that's all they'll have.
