This mare is mother of Lisa, so in this video she was still pregnant with her, that is why her belly is so big. I know this is not much, but I was very pround of her because this was not in round pen, I teach her to go in circles. Because off this video don't have english translation, I will put here translated words. So KORAKOM-walk, KASOM-trot, TRAZIM JU DA USPORI I PROMJENI STRANU-I aks her to slow down and change direction. p.s. sorry for my "beautiful" clothes, hehe I don't really care how I dress around horses. And the quality of video is not very good. View My Video

I got it...took some time to load.
Very nice...you sure that is only a first attempt? Many would be very happy to say that was their hundred time...so controlled.

I thought you were both beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. Most all of my live I have only been in Kansas. I get really excited to see what people are doing in other parts of the world. It's sort of like a mini vacation for me.

Thank you girls. Yes it was our first attempt of free lunge, without tack. I have work with her on the launge quite a bit. But we are still FARRRR away from what I am trying to achive. It really means alot to me your positive comments. Because here I still get laugh at a lot.

How nice she is trying to listen and obey you. and at liberty with no fence around her. that is a big accomplishment. i can see that going to the left . is awkward for both of you, your circle was more like an oblong and you were a little hesitant in your steps and she picked up on that. her attention was more swaying away from what you were asking her. so you will need to practice going to the left more to perfect it as well as you go to the right.
you both did great for the first time. oh i love the tire too. lol

You are right horselady. You noticed well. But we are working as much as I can manage with my time, because I am only two days of week at home. And now she has a little baby too. Thank you for great advice :-)

If that was your first attempt at free lunging, then well done!!!!! I just started working on free lunging with my horse last year, and we don't look nearly as polished as you two did in this video. Great job!
