Woo hoo, I found another thing for New category 2
My daughter has been with her boyfriend for 5 years, and I just hate referring to him as her Significant Other. She stopped by the other day to shoe me this.

The new pony saddle and pony saddle pad that I bought for Pocket.  I had hoped to be able to show them off for the first time with them actually on her, but the weather and/or mud have not been cooperating, and the end of the month is fast approaching, so here they are.

This is so much fun looking at all of the 'new' things and even states of mind!
Here's something "new" I just got, burnt rice, from not paying attention and getting on HA when I should have been at the stove!!!

New - animals this is one of our "new" calves. We just purchased these a week ago. We usually raise bottle calves but prices were so high this year that we decided to get weaned calves since the mortality rate is lower. This is my daughters calf "Alaska" meeting my daughters calf from last year "Alfie". Alfie and his 3 brothers will go in for processing soon and then we will reseed their pen and the cycle starts over.  |

I love the name Rayna. I always wanted to call a horse like that. In Croatia it is a name of one of our rivers. :-) and beautiful horse too. :-D

If a Lipizzaner mare borns a girl, filly will be named after hers mother, and if she borns a boy, he will have his father and mother name. So baby will already have his/her name. But I like it as a "barn" name.:-)
