I'm in no mood either. But I think I will make my favorite cookie and be done with it. cookie sheet You know those crescent shaped
cookies with the crushed walnuts in the dough, and the confectionery sugar on top? Yup, those are the ones I like.
Soon enough Christmas will be over and watching what I eat will be back again.

Once I joined a woman's group tryinjg to "fit in" and we had that cookie exchange. Well these ladies seemed pretty judgemental to me so I made rolled and cut sugar cookies so I had a ghost of. A chance to get my 5 dozen made without staying up all night. But too brown here, a crooked leg there... I ended up eating 3 dozen of the misfits. 3 dozen cookies! Sure I spent all day at it but I never did that again.I'd rather be lonely than a glutton.

I know the ones val and i just love them., make them with ground almonds that were slightly toasted. they are the best. for a hint they roll or make as drop cookies. easier than crescents. and if i ate 3 dozen cookies i would be sick. but well worth it. oh and what about a cheese . ? is it worth it for the day?. you bet it is.

Eh, I am finally going to the gym consistently (got a free membership through work, yay!). Trying to watch what I eat but fell off the bandwagon yesterday sitting in the hospital with my grandfather - had 3 doughnuts. But that was all I ate until dinner.
Trying not to weigh myself for a week or two to let the gym time start to take effect.
So far I have avoided king cakes (it's Mardi Gras season here) but will probably break down soon and get a small one.

I have sadly realized I have fallen off the wagon. So today I'm trying to be the best I can with what is in the house, and hopefully will get out to the store later to get what I need.

I've been doing really well with going to the gym - not so well with my diet. I broke down and bought a king , and another, and another. At least after next Tuesday they will be a thing of the past until next year.

I'm struggling with weight all my life, but not in the way most people struggle. I can't gain weight. I am 162 cm, or 1 m and 62 centimeters, and I have 99 lbs or 45 kg. I eat constantly, every hour, but I just can't gain weight. I was always small, it boders me very much because I look like a child, I don't have brests or ass because I am always so thin. My bf is 190 lbs, and we look funny together, at least he can carry me everywhere when I feel like it hahaha :)

Its so sad I obsess so much about my size, after all, I'm functional and who in the world is the size police anyway?! This goes for big and small sized people. I've come to the conclusion that diet alone won't change my size so I bought an elliptical. While I haven't lost any weight these past 3 weeks I have gotten smaller. And loading and unloading that thing by myself "earned me some points" too I've gotten to where 30 minutes on the ellipitcal is easy and I have to increase my pace; that is pretty darn cool. Now if I can control my overeating, especially when I go home on the weekends I very well may lose weight/fat *cross my fingers*

How's everybody doing?
With the nice weather coming, and my son's wedding in June, I am back to getting my butt in shape. My newest thing is the T25 workout. I know a couple of young mom's trying to get back in shape and one of them loaned me the cd's. So I am on day 3. I tell you, it really shows how things have changed as I got older, too stiff! This time, no scale, I'm not going to feel like a failure whenever I step on it. I'm just going to exercise more, try to eat right and whatever happens happens.

Let us know what you think of the T25 workouts. I am always tempted to get that one or the hip hop abs workout. I don't think I could do the actually P90X or Insanity workouts.
I have lost a few pounds in the last 6 weeks. Still have some more that I would like to lose. I Haven't had one piece of chocolate since early March which is killing me!
